For candidates who have previously been registered with or worked for DNC GROUP, such persons may enter, at their discretion, their social security number or employee ID to facilitate the registration process.
If you provide DNC GROUP with information about third parties (such as referees), DNC GROUP will assume that the third party in question has given you permission to do so and to DNC GROUP to collect, to process, and to transfer their personal information to the same extent as yours.

After your successful registration with the Site, you will be able to access, review and change your Personal Information provided by you through the Review Profile feature of the Site.
We use Personal Information and other data collected through the Site to register you with the Site, to provide you with information regarding employment opportunities and career-related information, and to otherwise provide you with requested information or services. We may also from time to time use your Personal Information to send you automated email messages or marketing materials regarding our services, including employment information. You consent to our use of cookies to track your following online activities: registration, submissions, and information requests.
Your data shall be kept for 2 years, unless the mediation process comes to a placement with a client, in which case we will keep your data 3 years after placement.

DNC GROUP may disclose Personal Information to third parties. You consent to the disclosure of your data to third parties in the following circumstances:

1.       We will disclose information to our clients where necessary and appropriate in connection with the provision of staffing services.

You acknowledge and agree that DNC GROUP may retain copies of your Submitted Materials and disclose your Submitted Materials to third party if DNC GROUP believes that it is necessary to:
(i) protect the integrity of the Site;
(ii) protect rights of DNC GROUP;
(iii) comply with any court order;
(iv) comply with any legal proceedings;
(v) assert DNC GROUP's claim under this Notice; and
(vi) satisfy any claims regarding violations of third party's rights.
